Fitness Coaching

$200/month for 1 session per week.

$380/month for 2 sessions per week.

$540/month for 3 sessions per week.

Payment options: Can pay one monthly payment, or make weekly payments at the start of each week. Cash, check, or card, either online or in-person. PayPal/PayPal credit or Square. HSA may be accepted with a prescription note from your medical care provider.

Completely individual fitness training and coaching. We will cover cardiorespiratory training, muscular strength and endurance training, functional movement, and flexibility. During the postpartum period, focus will be on retraining and restoration of the core, progressively moving into a fuller fitness routine. We will begin by setting goals, and assessing your readiness to change. From there, we will devise a plan of action to begin making healthy and active living a lasting lifestyle change. We will take time to discuss what has and hasn’t been working before and after each session - this will help us to know if we need to step back or when to progress something further, individualizing your training on a continuous basis and helping you to stay motivated and excited! We will be looking at the whole picture in regards to health and fitness, educating and empowering you to live in a more balanced and holistic way for the long haul! Coaching and behavior change methods we will use are all evidence-based practices.

Included in this plan:

  • Customized fitness training based on your goals, current level of fitness, and your current stage of life.

  • 1, 2, or 3 in-person sessions per week, depending on which package you decide would be most beneficial.

  • Monthly training schedule, to continue training on days we do not meet.

  • Behavior change coaching to make this a sustainable lifestyle change.

  • Nutrition guidance.

  • Regular contact via phone, text, or email to ask questions, bounce ideas, etc. Non-emergencies should be kept between 9am-7pm MST.

  • Access to a closed Facebook group.


Online Fitness Coaching

$135/month

Other options:

  • $390 for 3 months ($15 savings)

  • $750 for 6 months ($60 savings)

Fitness training catered based on where you are able to exercise - at home with little to no equipment, or a full gym. We will begin by setting goals, and assessing your readiness to change. From there, we will devise a plan of action to begin making healthy and active living a lasting lifestyle change. We will regularly speak to discuss what is working and what isn’t, adjusting things as we go so that we can make sustainable changes that help you to stay challenged, motivated, and excited to continue. We will be looking at the whole picture in regards to health and fitness, educating and empowering you to live in a more balanced and holistic way for the long haul! Coaching and behavior change methods we will use are all evidence-based practices.

Included in this plan:

  • Customized fitness training based on your goals, your current level of fitness, and your current stage of life.

  • Full month training schedule, new and sent to you each month.

  • Option to purchase individual in-person training sessions at a discounted rate of $55/session.

  • Behavior change coaching to make this a sustainable lifestyle change.

  • Nutrition guidance.

  • 2 phone or video calls per month for check-in and coaching - up to 90 minutes in length.

  • Regular contact via phone, text, or email to ask questions, bounce ideas, etc. Hours of response: 9am-7pm MST.

  • Access to closed Facebook group.


Individual Sessions

$65/session

If you are not interested in committing to a regular plan, you have the option to go with individual sessions. These can be as frequent or infrequent as you would like. Scheduling would come on a first-come, first-serve basis. Scheduling must be done at least one week in advance; for better scheduling options, contact me and schedule at least two weeks in advance. Availability will vary.

  • Customized training sessions based on your goals, fitness level, and current stage of life.

  • One full week training plan included any week we train together. If we work together twice in one week, you will still only be provided a plan for that week.

  • Some discussion about behavior change and daily habits.

  • Some nutrition discussion and guidance.

  • Contact within the week of our training session. Hours of response: 9am-7pm MST.
